Alagad President Presenting at ColdFusion in North Carolina 2009 Conference

What:

Representatives from web development, consulting and mentoring services company, Alagad, will present three sessions during the ColdFusion in North Carolina 2009 Conference. The conference is aimed at ColdFusion and Flex and Java developers as well as those interested in web design with these technologies.

Alagad president, Doug Hughes, will present "Using Ant to Deploy ColdFusion Applications", which will provide an overview of the Ant application deployment tool and a demonstration of CFAnt, an open source suite of Ant tasks.

Alagad's Brian Kotek will offer two sessions, including "Object-oriented Design Principles", which will explore the advantages of using object-oriented modeling and design within typical ColdFusion applications. In Brian's second presentation, "Swiz", he will discuss the Swiz framework for Adobe Flex that aims to bring simplicity to the Rich Internet Application (RIA) environment.
