Doug’s current focus at Alagad is leading an application development team dedicated to helping organizations improve operational efficiency and performance. Randy Miller

His background includes more than 20 years experience managing multi-million dollar projects with major automotive interiors manufacturers, where his leadership resulted in numerous major project awards. Scott Stroz

Scott Stroz specializes in developing and deploying enterprise-level web applications, as well as integrating new programming features into older applications to help organizations achieve growth by migrating data management to advanced web technology. His experience with web application development technology spans nearly a decade, during which he was named an Adobe Community Expert. Scott excels at completing unusual, complex and challenging tasks, and he embraces new technology and its possible inclusion in current and future projects, earning him the title “Chief Problem Solver.” Scott is recognized as an industry expert through his speaking engagements at conferences and user groups and contributions to a number of technical publications.

Brian Kotek

For more than a decade, Brian Kotek has been building web applications that help a range of enterprise customers and government agencies increase productivity and streamline data management. By using the latest application technologies and their server-side components, Brian often pushes the current limits of Rich Internet Application development. He has been recognized as an Adobe Community Expert due to his expertise in object-oriented development. He also moderates online technical forums and helps answer questions on a number of high-traffic industry e-mail discussion groups. 

Jeff Chastain

Jeff Chastain is one of "those" developers who grew up taking summer programming classes in grade school just for fun. He used that strong foundation to create a career out of developing software applications using object-oriented programming, which Jeff has been doing for more than a decade, including more than eight years with Adobe toolset-based applications. His current work focuses on object-oriented programming and project management for a variety of clients in order to help them streamline processes and improve user experiences. Jeff is highly adept at evaluating an entire application to break it down into manageable parts for development using a variety of different frameworks. He is an accomplished writer who has published a number of articles in various industry publications.
